If you place your order before 2:00 PM (CST), your order will be shipped the same business day. If you place your order after 2:00 PM (CST) it will be shipped the next business day. However, if your product needs any type of modifications for example, a ring that needs to be resized, it can take an additional 1-3 days before we ship your product.

A signature will be required by you or another adult in your household to accept the package at the time of delivery. If no one is available at the time of delivery, the shipping carrier will NOT leave the package outside your door or in your mailbox, they will try to deliver the package again the next business day, or you can contact the shipping carrier using the tracking number provided to you via email to arrange a pick-up at the carriers' location. A signature will still be required and the carrier might ask for a valid photo ID to ensure the package is delivered to the correct recipient.

In some cases, if our fraud analysis system detects any suspicions in your transaction, the processing time can take an additional 3-5 business days. Your security and privacy is our highest priority. To ensure a smooth transaction, please make sure your shipping address matches the billing address of your payment method, your IP location is within a short distance from your billing address. And, your phone number and email address have been active for at least 90 days. These are not requirements, but rather suggestions to ensure a secure transaction.

All orders are inspected and shipped from the United States. Our warehouses are located in the following locations:

Currently we only ship to all 50 US states and Canada.

For international shipping, we require 3-5 business days of processing time before we ship your order. The processing includes inspection, customs forms generation and other international shipping documentation required to ship internationally from the United States.

After the processing is complete, your order is shipped using the shipping vendor and method you picked at the time of checkout.

The approximate shipping time-frame is provided at checkout but it does not include the 3-5 business days processing time. In most cases, you will get your order delivered within 4-21 days depending on your country of residence.

We guarantee that the product you will receive will be authentic and accompanied with an appraisal certificate that can be used to purchase insurance for your product for any future accidental damages, resizing, or repairs. We only sell real jewelry.

If you are not satisfied with your product for any reason, you may return it within 14 days of your order date in the original, unworn, unused condition for a full refund in the form of store credit or a gift card which can be used towards another purchase from our website. At the moment, we do not offer cash refunds due to our low prices and even lower margins.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

You can change or cancel your order from your dashboard by logging into your Jewelry Outlet account, or by filling our Support Request form.

Please note that you can only change or cancel your order before it is shipped, once we ship your order, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
