Most orders are processed and shipped from our office the very next business day (Monday-Friday). There is no shipping on the weekends so if you place an order on Friday, Saturday, or Sunday, your order will be shipped on the following Monday.
Since we only sell real jewelry, a signature will be required by you or another adult in your household to accept the package at the time of delivery. If no one is available at the time of delivery, the shipping carrier will NOT leave the package outside your door or in your mailbox, they will try to deliver the package again the next business day, or you can contact the shipping carrier using the tracking number provided to you via email to arrange a pick-up at the carriers' location. A signature will still be required and the carrier might ask for a valid photo ID to ensure the package is delivered to the correct recipient.
In some cases, if our fraud analysis system detects any suspicions in your transaction, the processing time can take an additional 3-5 business days. Your security and privacy is our highest priority. To ensure a smooth transaction, please make sure your shipping address matches the billing address of your payment method, your IP location is within a short distance from your billing address. And, your phone number and email address have been active for at least 90 days. These are not requirements, but rather suggestions to ensure a secure transaction.
All of our diamond jewelry is inspected and shipped from the United States. Our warehouses are located in the following locations:

We ship to all 50 US states as well as Canada.
For Europe, we ship exclusively to Klarna customers only. If you use Klarna as your payment method, we will ship to the UK (United Kingdom), Sweden, Norway, Finland, Denmark, Germany, Austria, Netherlands, and Switzerland. Any European order where Klarna is not used as the payment option will be cancelled and refunded to the original payment method. The reason why we only use Klarna as the payment option for European customers is to utilize Klarna's international fraud analysis system to prevent any unauthorized credit card usage and to protect our international customers.
All transactions must pass our Fraud Analysis System before they are shipped.
For international shipping, we require 3-5 business days of processing time before we ship your order. The processing includes inspection, customs forms generation and other international shipping documentation required to ship internationally from the United States.
Buyers are responsible for any import customs or duty taxes by your native country at the time of delivery.
We offer a life-time guarantee on all of our 10K, 14K, and 18K gold, silver, and diamond products. We guarantee that the product you will receive will be authentic and accompanied with an appraisal certificate that can be used to purchase insurance for your product for any future accidental damages, resizing, or repairs. We only sell real jewelry.
We accept returns of our unused, unaltered, undamaged, or manufacturer defected items within 30 days of your order date.
The return process should be started by the customer by filling out this form within 30 days of the order date. If it has been longer than 30 days then the order becomes ineligible for return and will not be recognized by our returns system.
We do NOT charge any return shipping fees or restocking fees to our customers. However, if an item has been customized for example if you would like to return a ring that has been re-sized, there will be a 20% fee deducted from your refund in order for us to bring the ring back to its originally manufactured state.
If you have gotten your item customized for example, if you have gotten an item engraved be it text or picture engraving, then your item becomes unreturnable.
All refunds are made as Store Credit (Absolutely No Exceptions) within 14 business days of us receiving the item back. Our Store Credit/ Gift Cards never expire and can be used towards a future purchase on our website or mobile app.
Shipping fees are non-refundable after an item is already shipped.
